I like that it is easy to navigate through all of their pages, as well as how they keep track in making sure you are up-to date with your information! It's not so great because sometimes there will be something wrong or missing from one page but then when i go back into another part its fine again - just confusing at first glance if everything looks correct. Sometimes things can get lost between different sections/pages within this site which makes finding specific info difficult (especially for clients). This helps us manage our patients' records more efficiently by keeping them organized throughout each stage of treatment.
