They are tight, I also have a small face. But the glasses are too tight on the head near the ears. That gave me a headache. Also, they really do look like a cat's eye, almost like a bug. And they are cheap plastic, feels like they might break. Even if you wear glasses you look sometimes and the lenses give you the fun look of a home mirror. Maybe it's the shape of the lenses. You might stretch, but who knows. I only needed glasses with 1.75x magnification and many eyewear manufacturers don't have such magnification so there isn't much choice.
