I love the style of these stools! So beautiful! They're a little taller than your average counter-height chair, but still work great. Just be aware that they are big. I ordered 4 of these and 2 of them were perfect. Although half - not such a large percentage. One was missing an adjustment screw on the bottom of one leg and one was completely broken. The seat was broken into pieces with a small backrest. I removed the set screw from the broken stool to replace the missing one and noticed that it was very rusty. Which I consider normal, just weird. Also, the adjustment screws at the base of the legs are sharp and metallic, so they can scratch and damage your unupholstered floors. just FYI, don't forget to buy soft pads for the bases. I left soft packing material around the base of the legs as you can see in my photos until I placed the furniture pads on top. Overall this is exactly the style I was aiming for and very pretty but for the price I really expected more. - Editing my review after receiving the replacement stool - My replacement was very easy to get (thanks Revane!) It came faster than I expected and the return was free. I was pleased. Until I opened the box and found I received another stool with a huge tear in the same place as my original broken return. Obviously this is a problem with these stools. Luckily, Revain is easy to return and exchange, so I'm switching again. Fingers crossed I got a hard bowel movement this time. Processed again after a month and a half of waiting for a second replacement for my second broken chair. Apparently no replacements are available, I finally got my refund and now I have 3 stools instead of the 4 I need. I have been dealing with broken/defective stools/spare parts for several months. will shoot stars for all the trouble. I really need 4 stools for my family so I'm crossing my fingers and ordering another one.
