I use to heat my cold frame.

They have worked well for me. I heat two 5’ cold frames by setting metal stakes outside the frames then run a small diameter rope to hang two strings of lights plugged into a timer.

Pros

Easily Installation : Come with everything you need. Bulbs are unscrewed and packed against breakage. Just screw in bulbs and place the string lights wherever you want. Sometimes it is easier to hang the wire first and then screw in bulbs. Bulbs are replaceable and we provide 2 extra replacements.

Cons

The warm white light may not be as bright or vibrant as other outdoor lighting options
