The cameras are great when they work

I bought and installed this system, the cameras all look great. However! The app is terrible. Loading any camera takes more than 10 minutes, even with a local connection. I have a great network, there is no reason the application should perform so poorly. I would like to return the cameras but have bought them for too long.
