I like how easy it is to use, you can set up reports that are easily shared with other departments within your organization or just simply send them out as an email for others to see. You have to be proficient at using Excel so if you're not comfortable doing this then maybe look into something else. It could take some time getting used to but once you do it will become very useful. Reporting has been much easier since going live! This allows us to quickly create different types of reports without having to wait weeks/months for data from another system. We've also created better visibility across all aspects of what we offer via one place.
