It would be nice if they could provide more specific instructions Maybe

The cameras were good. But I couldn't download anything to my laptop or TV and couldn't get any help from Vantrue. I could not access the Vantrue website. Every time I opened an account they gave me a different password because they said my username and password were already taken. (7 times). I also kept getting a codexc error that prevented me from uploading movies and photos to my laptop and TV. Ventrue's help was terrible. Returned for a full REFUND. Never again.
