One review complained that there was no changing mat. It's well hidden. There is a long zipper on one side of the back. It looks like it opens the main compartment (if you can find it), but once you open it you'll find a changing pad and space for essentials like a diaper or two and wipes. Front pockets allow quick access to everything you need. paci bag can easily be used for small change or other items. The entire front part is then unzipped and unfolded (see photos). So you can put it on your back to pack and find things easily. On arrival it has a really terrible smell. You should air it out, maybe for a few days, before using or gifting it. Lightning constantly hung on the feed. But otherwise she looks good. Doesn't look like leather at all.
