Review on Upgraded Telescopic Retractable Collapsible Adjustable by Sean Webb

Bought 2. Both had issues with latching when closed. None of them will remain closed. Even the slightest touch would open them. The shoulder strap was uncomfortable, but I couldn't even put the strap around my shoulder without the stool opening and popping back out. The "turn" and lock system barely turns and certainly doesn't "lock". Then, just as I was trying to get the damn thing to work, the spring in one of the stools inside the case fell apart, and I couldn't even try to fix it myself. Here it is. Let's get back to whole foods. Such a shame. Great concept. Bad performance.
