Love it, fringes and all
Suitable for pops of color without too much commitment. You can pull this on with a quick knot or scarf (although it's slippery, so make sure you tuck in a safety pin to secure the scarf). I wasn't sure if I'd like the fringes, but they're only 1 inch long and turn out to be a nice little kick.
