Mobility in my studio is very important. The discovery of this included reel stand was a game changer. There were many times I wished I could move my lighting but didn't because I didn't want to reposition my objects for fear of hitting them on the head if I moved my previous stands. The casters are smooth and roll well on my floor - they change position and lock well. The stand is solid and doesn't feel like it's moving even with my big modifiers and lights on it. Value for money I would definitely recommend this stand! PS - I'm not sure what the "warm" rating refers to as it's not a light modifier, but I gave it 5 stars as I'm very happy with this product. :)
