So I can't comment on the durability of this product but they have become a popular birthday gift for our 2 year old. Wide range of colors, bright, perfect size for little hands, easy to turn on and off, won't dent your hardwood floor if dropped. Although I would say the rubber is more plastic. And when your kids get tired of them or have extra ones, they're nice and bright and small enough to carry around in a car or purse. The included batteries also come in handy when you already have a million other things to do!
