I bought one for my 13 year old niece and one for my eternally cold 50 year old husband. Yes, they don't look very fashionable. They are surprisingly soft and warm. I wouldn't wear it in public (unlike my niece) but would love to snuggle up to it indoors to combat the cold. :)
