not impressed: cleaner
I wasn't impressed with this toner. It has an odd smell and texture and I didn't feel like it cleans my face at all. My face was a little dry afterwards, even though the cleanser is advertised as moisturizing. I haven't noticed any difference in the appearance of my skin, so I don't think it does anything for a "collagen lift". I would not buy this again.
