Z reviews and DMC3 made me make this purchase. They were top notch in terms of sound and unfortunately so was build quality. Everything they said in their reviews hit the mark. If you can get rid of the uncomfortable feeling that they could fall apart at any moment, these headphones sound a lot better than any headphones I've ever tried on. They are also a bit heavy. but i can still use them all day long. I'm a gamer and I don't know if they are the 'best' for gaming, but the soundstage is pretty good so I can tell the steps very easily. They sound so good that I just prefer to let the music play in the background. BIG DISCLAIMER: They must be hacked. When I first got them they sounded pretty bad to be honest. After letting them play music for a while, they sounded pretty great. big difference after you leave them for about 4 hours. This is an enthusiast's perspective. I'm not an audiophile.
