Great for cycling in cold weather
These headbands are great! I was really skeptical because they are thin and very light weight. However, I use them for cycling outdoors in temps 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit. They were thin enough to fit under my helmet but still kept my ears warm. And more importantly they kept the cold wind out!
Pros
- ✅ EAR PROTECTION: The fleece-like fabric on the inside of the sweat band is soft and will keep your ears and head protected from wind and cold without being too warm for a morning run, even in the spring.
Cons
- Not ideal for individuals who wear glasses
