I bought this headband so I don't have to take my phone with me when I run. In general, he did his job! The main reason I chose it was that it was affordable and purple. However, it met my needs really well! My arms are a little thin but the bracelet fits well - I use the larger size for easier attachment. Speaking of which, it took me a while to learn how to wear the strap on one hand, but once you get used to it, it's not that bad. Maybe a bit cumbersome, but doable. I love that you can operate the touchscreen through the plastic cover on the strap, and I love that there is a reflective surface around the transparent screen. I always appreciate a little more visibility on the road. I have a small silicone case on my phone that I need to remove before I can put my phone in the armband. That's not a problem for me, and if you have one of the really slim, streamlined cases you should be able to install it without removing the case. The key holder slot isn't very useful to me as I would have to remove the key from the key ring to use it, but it's a nice feature nonetheless. I'm a little concerned that the velcro will wear down over time, but so far the bandage has worked well on all fronts. I am definitely happy with my purchase!
