Ok, this product is great! Small disclaimer, there is definitely a learning curve to using it, not because of the product but because of my experience with it. I got tired of spending $65 on sugar when I felt like I could make it myself. I personally have used cornstarch to constantly dry the area before sugaring. I watched a video on a website on how to do it and then I made myself a Brazilian wax from the comfort of my home. I'm not a typical reviewer but wanted to leave it here! For my Brazilian, I used the glove option and just my hand, not the pink spatula. It worked great. The learning curves were as follows: 1. Make sure the cornstarch area is dry. 2. If it is too sticky, first knead it in your hands and blow cool air on it, it may get warm. Once you have removed hair with it, it is very easy to use.
