Internal cracks in quadcopters and multicopters

I finally plugged my quadcopter in and was ready to fly (not my first quad) and when I plugged it in the flight controller started smoking. I was fed up with the faulty parts and tried this one to fix the problems. However, this only caused more problems, hence the rating.
