When it works it works well but the slightest touch anywhere and they turn off or stop playing. They're hard to turn on when they're in your ears. You have to put them back in the case to reset them. They are always separate or connected. And sometimes they pair up for ages or just a fix even though they've been in my ear for 20 minutes. I tried to dispel doubts, but I can't, they still have a lot of mistakes that need to be corrected. I felt like I wasted more time trying to connect after just pulling it out of the case. I've had to pair them over a dozen times and sometimes they can connect and you have to remove an item and then find it to connect. But like I said, if it works, it works. The sound is good, they don't sit very well in the ears but they are good and comfortable.
