Imperfections and will break, but otherwise nice bottles

I have 9 of these bottles. Two out of 9 have black specks inside the seals. They are inside the plastic. One has already broken on the inside. It broke really oddly though and looked dirty upon first glance. If you put your finger in it you can fill the little shards of glass though. These aren’t even used daily as baby is breastfeeding. These do have a slow flow and do not leak. Baby was also born early with no issue with bottles or nipple confusion.
