I swear by this wax. I have it for maybe eight years? It's been a long time and I refuse to use any other wax. I use it for both armpits and mustache. I saw in some reviews that some people had issues with it being too difficult to remove and taking longer to heat up than stated on the packaging - I will say it takes a few tries to perfect the art of this wax, but how once you do it, it's magic. You definitely need to grow against the growth of your hair and sometimes it will take more than one round in the same spot but it WILL FULFILL 99% of your hair and if you leave it on for too long it will become more permanent and therefore harder to remove . There's a nice moment when it's no longer sticky, but it's not rock hard either. As I said, it takes a few tries and a bit of practice, but it definitely works!
