I flew 16 hours recently and took this tablet with me. The battery lasted a little less than half the flight, but I took a portable USB charger with me and it lasted the rest of the way. To be honest, I originally bought an iPad Air to fly, but right after I placed the order I saw the $100 Dragon Touch and got really curious, so I did some research and decided to roll the dice. . I ended up returning the iPad because Dragon Touch did everything I needed. Keep in mind that higher resolution screens exist, but the difference is small enough that it doesn't affect the viewing experience. The only thing I wish it had was more storage, but that's why it's so affordable. Disk space costs more than $$$. I figured I could add more storage by plugging in a 120GB SD card because it has a slot for it, but when I went to Netflix to download content to the memory card, I couldn't do it. The SD slot is only suitable for storing externally stored files such as images, songs and possibly films (I haven't tried it). It all ended well because the airline had an app that I downloaded to my tablet and just streamed movies through their app. In the end I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is on a budget but needs a reliable tablet!
