I often use this when applying persistent lipsticks that can dry out lips: I apply carmex for 10-15 minutes, then I blot with a napkin and put lipstick on top, this does not affect durability, and my lips are much better protected. Dry lips heal well, but if there are already peeling, then he is not an assistant.
