It is very practical! I'm very sensitive to light, so it's much easier for me to fall asleep. They block the light completely and I can hear my sleep playlist. They are easy to adjust and the velcro doesn't pull on your hair. Easy to use, skip to the next song by pressing the + button or go back to the last song by pressing the - button. Press and hold the + button to increase the volume. Press and hold - decreases the volume. You can pause and play by pressing the center pause/play button. They charge quickly and have lasted several nights on a single charge when the music stops after an hour on Spotify. The battery percentage can be viewed when you pair it with your phone, which is nice. They are made from high quality materials. They are comfortable and easy to sleep in. The sound quality is also very good for the price. Overall I love them and use them every night, highly recommend!
