Arrived today (11.06) and although I thought it was a bit small I was fine with it. I like the long strap. I don't like it when the shoulder strap is short. Upon further inspection along the strap as seen in the photo, it unwinds. I was going to leave but decided to send it back. I will get very upset if I save it and it falls apart. This bag, minus the cons, will make a good everyday bag. UPDATE: Replacement arrived today 6/14/21. The bag is good but small. I like the long strap and multiple pockets, it's too small. i give it back
