The first one started flashing after a few days and died after about two weeks. The second one works so far, so there is hope. It was the perfect size for my application, not too light, not too dark. The color warmth is also perfect and matches the old warm CCFLs in my kitchen. The only problem is the shading. Why do people say it's dimmable when it only works with a specific type of dimmer? All LED lamps are dimmable with a special LED dimmer or older dimmers. The only thing is that not all LEDs work with modern dimmers designed for incandescent bulbs (e.g. the bottom light of a microwave). Such a statement suggests that he is somehow special and can be eclipsed where others cannot, which is not the case. It's just a regular LED. I gave it value for money just because a single bulb was just over $5. Otherwise I would look elsewhere if you could find a replacement.
