I bought hangers for myself so my husband has wooden hangers which I use because as our kids got older they took a lot of hangers from dad. I wanted a different shape so I could differentiate my hangers from everyone else. They are sturdy and suitable for dresses (as provided), shirts, suits and blazers. No problem, made from quality materials, the shape is great, the notches are well placed/useful and they lay flat. I've also used them in my warm yet lightweight down vests and coats. I would not use these hangers for a heavy winter coat, heavy leather or suede coat; but i wouldn't use a shirt hanger for these items either. Great sturdy option, they look great, are great quality and will go with most items in your closet.
