Edit to add 3/11/2019 after it's 1 year old. Now they are perfect for her. She is a size 1, just over 4 inches for her foot size. The quality corresponds to the photos. Cute ankle boots. I would say he is tall. I bought them for my baby and she can still take them off at 3 months. I would say closer to 6 months + that would be reasonable.
