Uses this to elevate the monitor very high on a regular height mount (above an open laptop).
I used this to raise the monitor very high on a regular mount (over an open laptop). It worked great. It was a dual monitor mount with both arms at the same height. Not only did this allow me to elevate one monitor above my laptop, it also allowed me to keep the other monitor low.
