RAYBLELON PDRN multipeptide toner arrived in a well wrapped box. It comes in a container with a pump that dispenses the toner in foam form. First I started cleaning my face. As soon as I applied the foam to the skin, it turned into an invigorating bubbly and tingling film and was quickly absorbed. I massaged it around my face and then wiped the toner off with a tissue. It appeared slightly soiled indicating that the soiling had been removed. It seemed to take good care of my face. It left it a little reddish and sticky for a short time, but it wasn't entirely drastic. It has an interesting scent, almost like the scents in a high end cosmetics counter. I then applied a moisturizer and the PDRN Multi-Peptide Toner gave it a surface to absorb. Overall my experiences are positive. This is an unusual way of toner delivery that I really liked.
