Review on Gecko Loc Shampoo Conditioner Organizer Stainless by Kathleen Good

I just remodeled my master shower and bought a deep shower basket for my medium sized bottles as I put my large pump bottles on the floor. I also ordered two hooks for our towels to hang outside on the shower glass, a soap dish and a scrubbing brush, all from the same company. I also had problems with one of the two suction cups on this shower basket. like a soap dish with a suction cup. They just didn't want to stick. I mounted the shower basket on a single tile (so there was no flatness issue) and tried swapping the two suction cups on the deep basket but it was always the same one that wouldn't stick. I followed the installation instructions. a T and tried all the tricks suggested in those reviews. I worked so hard on it that I got a horrible blister on the index finger of my right hand while twisting those damn knobs! What finally worked was shower, wet the walls and install. The ones that don't stick have stayed in place for a couple of weeks since then. My two cents: If one of the suction cups isn't sticking after following the instructions and/or tips and tricks in these reviews, try it on a wet surface and see if it works. The hooks and mop worked well, but each has a suction cup mounted on the shower glass instead of tiles. I don't know if it matters what it's installed on. Now that I have this basket to stand on it's great, holds a ton of stuff and doesn't clog my shower or look messy when the rest of my newly renovated shower looks slick.
