Love it. A headband solution was needed to keep the face free from stray hair and rolling sweat when wearing a helmet. The skullcaps either didn't sit properly on my head, slipped too much or were too thick under the helmet. My solution used to be a simple cotton bandana that ties in the back with a knot. I tried a sweat-wicking bandana, but it was clunky and slippery. This Bondi band is perfect. It's basically a four inch plain strip, but folded to a width of 1 inch and sewn at the back seam. Surprisingly, the back isn't very clunky or uncomfortable. The fabric is smooth on the outside and slightly textured on the inside (weave is open at the bottom) to keep it in place. It doesn't have silicone dots or grips, but the tight fit keeps it in place. It's not too tight either, it doesn't give me a headache :) For the record, I wear a size 6 7/8 baseball cap so don't have a particularly large head.
