This is the only acne product that works for me. I'm 25 and got it last October and just bought my second bottle. I have sensitive acne prone skin and usually get breakouts on my chin/cheeks. I HAD acne of all kinds on my face so I was dying to try something. I started using it day and night to cleanse my skin and now I mainly use it at night before bed as a preventative. My skin is clear for the first time since I hit puberty! I know it's hard to believe something really works, but it really worked and I'm now a customer for life! I use it for: Clearing acne (especially hormonal breakouts). I can't think of any cons. Of course, if you leave it on your face for a long time, you will feel a burning sensation. So make sure you don't exceed the time limit. Having sensitive skin I thought I might have to be extra careful with this but honestly my skin tolerates it very well and I don't get any dryness from it. 10/10 highly recommended!
