Doesn't work on our HP printer. I ordered the same cartridge last year and it worked fine. This is a network printer and information goes directly to HP if anything goes wrong with it. After I inserted the cartridge and the printer went through the setup, it recognized a different brand of cartridge. This time it doesn't allow us to use someone else's trademark. We sent one back thinking it was defective and ordered another one but it didn't work either.
