This is for Budget ROG AM4 People

This motherboard meets my expectations for $95 (when I bought it). I put my 2700x processor on this motherboard and I can overclock BCLK to 103 which converts it to 4.0GHz but for some reason everything crashes and disables my SATA ports (laughs) so I'm staying up with high overclocks your x470. Motherboard (also Asus, but not ROG). I can overclock my RAM to 3400MHz without XMP (because XMP is terrible, IMO). It's more expensive than some or most B450s because it has more overclocking capabilities and because it's ROG. The BIOS has integrated AI OC, which means it will find the best settings to match your CPU cooler and apply overclocking. I'm not sure what else to say, so here's a list of pros and cons. Pros-cheap-efficient-works out of the box with Zen+-RGB (yes)-preinstalled I/O screen-all design details-good heatsinks for colder parts-two slots for m.2 SSD? or ports? whatever you call them - simple overclocking actually has AI overclocking - 6 SATA ports for some reason - 8 USB ports - crisp sound - comes with stickers - sometimes AI OC doesn't work - no SLI (big disappointment for me, I wanted to try 2080 NVlink) - not sure if it's a B450 or all MOBOs, but putting PCI-e 8x will also convert your GPU from 16x to 8x - no built-in wifi, $30 plate for ASUS USB adapter WiFi or simply connect to an Ethernet network

Pros
  • AMD AM4 Socket: Compatible with Ryzen 5000, 3rd/2nd/1st Gen AMD Ryzen Processors Generation
Cons
  • There is a negative result
