The sound is great for the price

Update, the seller replied very quickly and sent me a replacement within 3 days I gave the 1st rating. Now, with the new headphones, everything is just great so far. No connection problems. Everything is perfect, from product quality to customer service. The sound is great for the price. But I'm disappointed with the bluetooth connection with my phone, it got disconnected quite often. Please let me know if I can solve this problem myself.
