Leatherman's upcoming Legacy Addition is lighter than Charge+ or Wave+, but retains 90% of the essentials features. I needed to cut a thick tube with precision and the scissors did the job brilliantly. I just installed bushings on some work gloves with a modern diamond file. It will be of great help when you need 2 LM to complete a task. Weight reduction through the use of clasp locks compared to inner locks on supply networks. The main sheet is a workhorse! THERE ARE NO CONS, except that you need a special tool like a saw, eyeglass bit, or spare wire cutters. This is my pick, also compared to the Charge now due to the weight savings. The beautiful smooth satin finish has all the bling too. Clip borrowed from the Free P4/P2 range, [not a fan of magnets in this range], no regrets for losing my P4! 😱 but I prefer the old style clip but it's cosmetic. (You can't set up a clip as easily, at least not yet, as you can with the Charge n Wave, which has a built-in Quick Release Clip slot.) I'm in love with this new Leatherman! In comparison, other brands like Gerber (for babies) and n'SLOG seem like children's toys. And let's not forget LM Vanguard's warranty service! It's no problem, just switch off and don't buy! So glad I did.!
