I needed it to replace the strap on my bracelet that was starting to wear out from constant hand washing.I Love the colour, looks rich and not cheap at all. And no weird smell. You can easily tie knots. At first glance the material of this string looked great and strong; However, after about a week it starts falling apart and you can see the brown thing in the middle as the blue layer peels off. Maybe it's because I don't take off my bracelet. If you only wear one bracelet to match your outfit, this might be a good choice. Unfortunately this is not for me.
