Review on πŸ‘– Optimized Lightweight Pants for Women - Tru-Spec 24-7 by Bryant Randolph

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great price and reliable purchase.

Bought pants for work. I bought women's pants 5.11 but they are expensive! They were a bit big but I kept them anyway. I bought size 10 and they fit better. I usually wear size 8-9 slacks. One size larger is best. I love the hidden elastic waistband. Plenty of pockets, and the front ones are particularly deep. The side cargo pockets are very large. Enough to put 16 ounces in. water bottle and phone. Good pants for a good price. Cons: The material is not as soft as the 5.11. It's a bit rougher and hasn't softened after washing (despite the fact that the labels say it's exactly the same percentage of a cotton/polyester blend). The rear end sags a bit when crouching, but the strap helps. I don't have an hourglass build but rather straight up and down so maybe that's why I have gaps in my back. In addition, the pocket lining is made of a stiff tan/cream material and will bulge a bit when you sit down. I would like all the inner lining in the side pockets to be black and softer - then they would look better when seated. Otherwise this is a solid buy. I'm still looking for a reliable 5 star pair of police pants. If these manufacturers mix 2% Lycra with cotton/poly and can style them between 5.11 and Tru-Spec, I bet women in LE will buy them. I dare you and I can be the first to leave a review!
