I work in tech and no one else has a bag that looks this awful. I have had this package since September last year.
For the so-called innovation and technology package it is not. I work in tech and no one else has a bag that looks this awful. I've had this backpack since last September so 8 months ago and I use it every day on my commute to work. Unfortunately, the straps literally fall apart. The foam padding on the inside of the strap has balled up and no longer functions as padding, so it's annoying and looks awful. Both straps started to wear out and soon I'll have to carry them on my back because the straps will break. I want a refund and Revain does not offer a refund. Don't buy this pack, you won't be happy. Yet again. I do not recommend buying this pack if you are traveling for work or working in tech. MCP3451BK Slim XL 17" laptop backpack up to 17"
