Will not buy again in trikes, scooters and vans

Bought this for my 3 year old because of his obsession with cars, traffic lights and signs. At first he liked it, but even he was annoyed by it. You cannot change the light yourself or even switch it on silently. When you turn it on, there is traffic noise, horns, singing, etc., and finally the light changes by itself. It takes forever to switch, so he's a little impatient in his car, waiting for the signal to switch. The noise becomes very annoying and he asks me to turn it off. He rarely uses it. Kind of a waste of money.
