This monitor does not appear to be compatible with the Surface Dock

A direct USB-C connection to a laptop seems fine. DP to Surface Dock does not work at all. When connecting an HDMI miniDP to a Surface Dock, the screen randomly turns off for 1-2 seconds. Also, the built-in speaker may lose audio in the middle of a Teams meeting session. Dell Support says they have never tested the Ground Dock. They only tested the Dell Dock. Surface Dock is not on their support list.
