The best part about pivot 3 is their customer support team which has very well trained professionals who are always ready to help you with any technical issue that may arise during use of this software or even while installing it from scratch! I would say its one of my favorite products because they provide great value for money as compared to others out there but i do not like some aspects such as lack of customizability (although we can customize almost everything).
