Strong Lock. I will update this review as I use it year round. The reason I am writing now is CUSTOMER SERVICE! The first lock I received had 2 small issues with the lock attaching which rendered the clasp unusable. I sent a message to the Via Velo team and they replied the same day asking for a Revain part number. They then sent a brand new lock free of charge. This type of customer service SHOULD be the norm, but it is far from the norm. I am very grateful to this company for the example and how they took care of my needs. Update 6 months later: the lock still works great. No problem with potential targets. No rust. There is no way to unlock problems. Just a beautiful castle. It's a bit like a large bike mount, so I either carry it in my backpack or in saddlebags depending on how I ride. I recommend this castle!
