Hard plastic case compared to the rubber case I had from Otterbox before. They dropped it from the height of the holster and survived. As long as I'm happy To update. It lasted 6 months and at first the clip that rotates the phone's position wore out and rotated freely. I hooked my phone to a chair as I passed and the plastic clip broke. I've done this a lot with an Otterbox at work and it worked a few times but never broke. Coming back to Otterbox as 6 months is not long enough in my opinion.
