3'7" and shoe size 13 is a bit large. However, the scope for children is great and it is a shoe to wear during the upcoming holiday .Very beautiful and glamorous shoes for a little girl.The wedge is not that high but makes her feel like she is wearing "high heels" Good shoes Good product.
