I wanted something small to add some light to my earring display. This is a small area. The instructions helped to remove the pad. Mine are on a shelf and not permanently fixed as I want to move them around as needed. They fit great and I like that you can adjust the direction of the light. The remote control works with both devices. Glad I watched a short video to learn how to remove the little plastic latch on the remote that activates the battery. I only used them once for a few hours. I set it to 50% power because they are very bright. Let's see how long the batteries last. But this is exactly what I was looking for now.
