I like how easy you can create reviews using this application! And then use them if they are legit so your customers will trust what their reading more than someone who has no reason at all. You cant really do anything with fake positive feedbacks unless its something small (Like saying happy new year). This could be useful when looking into specific programs but not every one does have good ratings/feedbacks from clients which means people may think these things dont actually work because there's little proof about effectiveness. But having some evidence behind claims should make up for any lack in customer support etc., and give users an extra peace of mind by knowing exactly whats being said about products / services in real life situations through client testimonials online. For our team we were able find out information very quickly without needing many hours searching each website since most websites tend to list only negative aspects first. We did notice though sometimes The layout is easy and intuitive, and I didn't have any problems navigating the site. The interface is also very easy to use and understand. There are some minor glitches, but I imagine that it's a matter of time until the bugs are fixed. I've used GoodFirms to research a few companies and products, and I've found that the reviews are very thorough and detailed. It's a great tool for anyone looking to research a company or product.
