Very pleased with the look of these boots. The pink stitching really stands out against the dark brown color of the boot. They don't have a low heel, but aren't too high for a five-year-old, especially if she's used to wearing western-style boots. The boots are also very light and flexible, so they need to be very comfortable and easy to break in. I bought these for my great granddaughter for her birthday later this month so I don't know how they fit yet but I'm sure she will love them. Highly recommended.
